The 9th edition of the food and crafts fair “Caminos y Sabores” (Roads and Flavors) is upon us! This 3 day festival will showcase typical food, tourism displays, and handicrafts from all around Argentina.
The Argentine provinces will show off their own foods and handmade wares during the exhibition. As in each of the previous years of the festival beginning in 2005, visitors will can sample and buy olive oil; homemade salamis; cow, sheep and goat cheeses; wines from family owned wineries; homemade jellies; yerba mate and tea; as well as various other homemade food and beverages. There will also be a variety of handicrafts made from materials native to each region, including wool and leather products, jewelry with rodocrosite stone, and much more.
In the Sala de Cocinas, at all times, chefs will be preparing dishes made from typical Argentine ingredients. The Fair will showcase a Houseware area, a food production workshop, the Punto Verde area (urban vegetable garden), etc.
