Cheap Flights To Argentina From 2018
Norwegian Air Argentina (NAA) starts from 2018 operating more than 150 new flights from Argentina. The government granted a 15-year authorization to carry out both domestic and international flights from Argentina to the originally Norwegian airline company. Travellers will now have more low-cost options since Norwegian Air Argentina is considered as a budget carrier.
The airline has announced they will carry out 73 domestic and 80 international destinations around the world. Destinations include major US hubs like Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, and Honolulu but also Johannesburg and Istanbul. Initially, the network consists of domestic flights and routes to other countries in South America. By the end of 2018, the first flights to North America should take place.
In January 2017, the Norwegian Group set up an Argentine subsidiary. In February 2018, Norwegian will start the first route to the Latin American country. Within 12 years, NAA plans to have a fleet of more than 60 airplanes in Argentina among which the new 787-Dreamliner aircraft.
At the beginning of 2017, the first Argentine budget airline Flybondi also announced that it would begin operating flights within the country that would be cheaper than most busses. With Norwegian Air Argentina as a new competitor on the market, it seems that travelers have a better chance of cheaper flight tickets from and to Argentina.
