“Cuidad Emergente” Youth Festival Returning to Buenos Aires

This week the fifth annual Festival of Youth Culture “Cuidad Emergente” is opening in Centro Cultural Recoleta. The festival will run from the 6th of June until the 10th of June presenting the newest trends and fashions of youth culture in Buenos Aires for 2012. There will be presentations of rock, pop, street art, fashion, theatre, digital art, animation, poetry and much more.

There will be an array of street exhibitions and activities for all visitors to join in. A sensational show named “Hombre Vertiente” will take place on the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of June at 9PM, tempting all guests with a free entrance, maximum two ticket per person and collectable only from 8PM on each respective day.

During the 5 days everyone will have a chance to experience the up to date fashions displayed in mini fashion shows presented by young novice designers. As well as hip hop and other street dance style shows, there will be large projections of national and international rock and roll screenings, digital art presentations and street art expositions. There are also places for those who just want to chill out in the various lounges and listen to the music concerts and fresh new DJ talents.
